Things to Know

  • All Individuals over 18 years old must sign a waiver to participate in any activities. Those under age 18 must have a waiver signed by a Parent/Guardian.
  • Depending on your chosen adventure you should plan on spending 2-4 hours (unless you are part of a special events group with additional pre-scheduled activities.)
  • Plan on arriving 20 minutes early from your scheduled reservation. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you as we sometimes sell out leaving no room for guests on later tours. No refunds will be given for those missing tours because of late arrival.
  • All guests are provided harnesses and gear and trained in their proper usage. We no longer provide gloves as part of the tour fee because of COVID-19. Gloves are mandatory though and may be brought from home or purchased at our Welcome Center.
  • Closed-toed shoes are mandatory.
  • The Park is located at 1,150′ in elevation. This elevation makes the Park much cooler then down in lower elevations so please dress accordingly for your comfort.
  • There is no entry fee so guests may come with others who just want to watch.
  • The Park has picnic tables and benches available.
